Encoding Details

Unlike the first one, this second season doesn't suffer from the horrendous banding issue, but an even more annoying problem has emerged: lowpassing. In terms of filters, I did delowpassing (thanks to ToonsHub for the web raws), denoise, dehalo, and deband were applied. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to confidently determine the kernel for the descale, so I chose to skip it.
